  • Possess valid government-issued identification (such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card)

KFT Financial Services provides assistance for the following financial products, subject to eligibility and approval:

  • Personal Loan: Approval based on credit profile, income, and documentation

  • Business Loan: Offered to eligible business owners based on financial stability

  • Home Loan: Provided in association with authorized banks and financial institutions

  • Loan Against Property (LAP): Secured loan against residential or commercial property

  • Overdraft & Professional Overdraft: Flexible credit facilities subject to approval

All approvals are at the discretion of partner banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

3. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information

  • Use our Services only for lawful purposes

  • Maintain confidentiality of any login or communication credentials

  • Inform us promptly of any changes in your personal or financial information

4. Interest Rates and Charges

  • Interest rates, processing fees, penalties, and other applicable charges will be disclosed during the application or approval process

  • Rates and charges may vary based on lender policies, credit assessment, and regulatory guidelines

  • KFT Financial Services reserves the right to update charges in line with RBI norms and partner institution policies

5. Repayment Terms

  • Repayment schedules, tenure, and modes of payment will be specified in the loan agreement

  • Delayed or missed payments may result in penalties and may negatively impact your credit score

6. Data Privacy

Your personal and financial information is handled securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.

7. Third-Party Associations

KFT Financial Services may collaborate with banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus, and service partners.
You authorize us to share necessary information with such third parties solely for credit evaluation, verification, and service facilitation.

8. Disclaimer

  • KFT Financial Services does not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or processing timelines

  • All financial decisions are subject to credit assessment, verification, and lender discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

  • KFT Financial Services shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our Services

  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused due to user negligence or third-party actions

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
